Why you need a Will
If you do not have a Will, the government will distribute your Estate according to set rules, which may not be the way you would wish and, in extreme cases, may even keep your Estate for itself.

  • Having a Will can save your loved ones more aggravation at a time of grief

  • You can arrange your Will and associated matters to reduce or eliminate in heritance tax

  • Doing you own Will can result in errors, which will not result in your wishes being put in place

  • A Will needs reviewing every few years to make sure it will do what you wish to happen.
