We are able to help landlords take possession proceedings against tenants who need to be evicted and/or owe rent. Because landlords act for themselves, under our guidance, the fee is only £350 which considerable less than they would pay a solicitor to do the same work.  It is not difficult to take a case to Court with the right paperwork, which we would supply to you, and look at any queries which the Judge may have on your application and advice you accordingly.

We will explain to you what you can expect to happen in Court, if you have not been there before. It is not a difficult process but many people find that the help of a friend at that time is useful when going to Court, we can discuss this when you contact me.

I have to warn you that Court proceedings can take several months and there are various way of approaching this and we can get a shortened period for the Court hearing if we do not ask for a money judgment, which can always be made separately later on.

We are also able to arrange tracing for tenants who cannot be found but this, of course would be extra and I would need to discuss this with you but we can, through our contacts, trace people in Great Britain and in Europe.
