Colin Simpson - QUALIFICATIONS

 
 
Colin has the following qualifications :
  • DMA (Chartered Secretary qualification at Degree level 14 x 3 hour papers on law, finance and management);
  • Fellow of National Association of Estate Agents;
  • Fellow of the Property Consultants Society;
  • Member of Chartered Institute of Housing; Diploma in Pastoral Psychology;
  • Chartered Insurance Institute -Thesis on mortgage and life insurance.

 
Colin's Experience :
 
Chief Clerk of Norwich Union office -Committee manager for Housing Committee and its various sub committees and responsible for the sale of Council Houses -YMCA -Senior manager; Chief Executive of'5 branch property management company dealing with individual properties and blocks of flats.
 
 
Now:
 
Colin started his own business in 1991. He has had some 20 contracts with Government agencies, local authorities and Housing Associations advising on legal matters and has been involved in litigation work for them instead of a Solicitor. Colin is Company Secretary to several property companies. Colin also helps small firms and individuals.
