I can take legal action to help you. If you are a company I can become your Deputy Company Secretary or if you are a partnership or sole trader I can become your Administration Manager and contest the case in Court in your name and this does work very well.

 

 

In acting for you in a dispute, the first step is for us to meet and discuss the problem and consider our options and the way forward. I would, in many cases, like to take the information with me for a few days then come back to you with my recommendations. Our charge-out rate is £60 per hour but we might be able to agree a fixed fee or a percentage fee based upon results, although many cases do not really fit into these last two categories.
