EVICTION

Our fee of £375 is very competitive. However, it does mean that the landlord will need to serve the notice seeking possession, which we would prepare, and it does mean that the landlord, unless we come to some other arrangement, will have to represent himself or herself in Court. We would prepare the comprehensive legal papers for court action and would try to anticipate everything which the Judge might ask, but frankly, having done quite a few possession orders, most of them go through on the nod, particularly if they are undefended. We would make sure that you will have the expertise and the knowledge to represent yourself and this, in most cases, as I have said, is not too difficult at all.

If you really would like me to come and assist you I can do so but that would mean the fee would be in excess of £375 and it would depend on where the location of the Court was to which we were applying for an Eviction Order.

If you are in this situation, please do not hesitate to contact me and I am sure that we can come to some amicable arrangement, if at all possible.

I would stress that really it is just a question of saying to the Judge, in suitable language, 'Hello, here is my legal paperwork for eviction; can I please have my property back'.

I have acted for quite a few local authorities and have represented them in Court, as well as acting for property companies as Deputy Company Secretary.
