I can take legal action to help you in this matter but I would like to make it clear that I am not a Debt Collector and will not call on peoples' homes unless I am invited to do so. If you are a limited company or a business I can become your Deputy Company Secretary or Administration Manager and conduct the legal action in your name. If you are not running a business you can assign the debt to myself and I can then act for you in Court.

 

 

It may be that you will need an initial letter sending to the debtor and this would be a veryt strong letter to which, some solicitors have objected but it is still within the scope of what is allowed by law and, if applicable, we do mention that bankruptcy is one of the possibilities that can flow from them losing a case. We do debts of any size but normally unless the debt is around the £2000 mark we cannot really help you as our hourly fee is £60 and is only really beneficial for sums in excess of £2000.
